Juan was an exceptional waiter/ bartender. He made some Amazing drinks and provided even better meal recommendations. The dessert was just awesome, extremely sweet but awesome. Overall great atmosphere, nice venue, the food was really enjoyable, and it was nice to talk without screaming over loud noise.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The ambiance is warm, modern, and welcoming, and the staff treats you like family. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Everything arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. Living in Miami over 40 yrs, moved to Lehigh Acres 2 yrs ago, we havnt been able to find a good authentic cuban restaurant. Unfortunately this one is not as expected. Food is ok, had churasco with rice and beans, wife had chicken breast with Moro and yuca. Food was semi cold, 1st time ever I see a chicken breast in a cuban restuarant not thin sliced or butterflied, no seasoning in the middle made it tasteless, it's way to thick, Moro was ehh nothing crazy, My churasco had good seasoning but I asked medium rare it was very over cooked and crispy on edges and beans were ok. Cuban restaurants usually have mariquitas or chicharitas as an appetizer, none here. It's a cuban restuarant with limited menu items, no picadillo, no palomilla, no bistek empanizado etc which is common in cuban restaurants. With a name like Raices I would expect food from my roots along with a dozen other popular items that are not found here but they have risotto? Mind you, I love risotto but What cuban restuarant has risotto on a menu as a cuba dish? Other than that place is beautiful, our server Yudy was excellent. I'm by no means trashing this restuarant or comparing it to Miami's restaurants, I understand that Raices wants to be a bit different and thats fine but in my opinion I believe that with a few tweaks in the menu this place will have a lot of potential, add more traditional cuban meals and stick to the cuban roots on the variety of cuban foods that can be on a menu and this place will reach the stars and the name Raices will stand behind the menu .

We had an incredible experience at Raíces Restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we were gracefully greeted and attended to by Arlety, who was exceptionally attentive and took the time to explain every dish in detail. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, elegant, aesthetic, and the perfect setting for elevated Cuban cuisine right in the heart of Lehigh. We also had the pleasure of enjoying the best mojitos made by Sandy, the bartender, who personally came to greet us and was incredibly friendly. Every dish we tried was phenomenal, truly the best Cuban food we’ve ever tasted, with an elevated twist that made the experience unforgettable. We highly recommend Raíces Restaurant for anyone looking for outstanding elevated Cuban food, exceptional service, and a stunning atmosphere.

Totally impressed! From the moment you step in you feel like you are in a whole other world! The vibes immaculate, great place for date night, or to do a birthday party. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the drinks are exceptionally crafted and the real star of the show is the food. The cuisine is authentic and more importantly DELICIOUS!! I can see this place as a great happy hour or night out with the family. Check it out Great spot in LEHIGH ACRES!! And Andy my server made the experience great!

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at this restaurant yesterday, and everything was perfect! The place looks so elegant and luxurious, the food was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. Our waitress, Camila, was kind, professional, and always smiling. This restaurant truly offers top-quality service and a luxury experience. Without a doubt, it’s a place I highly recommend visiting — and I would definitely come back again!
